Accounts Payable Specialist Field Health System 178 Highway 24 E, Centreville, MS 39631
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding and approval
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process weekly check runs or electronic payments
- Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable files and documentation
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment or invoice issues
- Provide support for audits, including gathering necessary documentation
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficient in bookkeeping principles and practices
