Role:

As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s financial operations. This position has an accounts payable (AP) focus, including credit card reconciliations, while also incorporating broader general accounting responsibilities, such as journal entries and month-end close processes. Key Responsibilities:

+ Process and verify invoices and manage timely vendor payments to support organizational operations. + Reconcile corporate credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. + Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and updating financial records. + Assist with accounts receivable and billing functions to optimize cash flow management. + Perform account reconciliations and support the financial reporting process. + Perform account reconciliations to ensure consistency and reliability in financial reporting. + Collaborate with various teams to align financial operations with the organization’s mission.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required. +

Experience:

Experience in accounts payable or general accounting strongly preferred. +
