Accounting Clerk Position Available In Catawba, North Carolina

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will handle a variety of accounting tasks, including data entry and invoice processing. This position is fully remote and is part time(approximately 15-25 hours weekly). Quickbooks experience is ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
• Generate billing statements and ensure proper documentation.
• Utilize QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle for accounting operations.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes Requirements
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing spreadsheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
