EveryAge is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for daily accounting data entry, generating financial reports, and supporting the financial health of our organization. Accounts Receivable Coordinator, Full-Time Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute monthly Aged Trial Balance and cash receipts reports.
Maintain and reconcile cash reports, journal entries, and escrow accounts.
Post all incoming payments (checks, cash, EFT/ACH) and generate related reports.
Review insurance payments, process denials, and communicate findings to appropriate staff.
Handle billing adjustments, refunds, and escheats processing.
Make weekly and month-end bank deposits.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality, safety, and quality assurance standards.
Collaborate with finance team members and assist with special projects as needed.
Provide professional communication and support to internal departments and external contacts.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.

Qualifications:

At least 1 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Experience using Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and Word required.
Experience in a health care preferred.
Experience with insurance billing guidelines and reimbursement practices.
Ability to read and discern insurance explanation of payment and post payments, adjustments, and denials accordingly.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
