Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Hickory, North Carolina. This position, which begins as a contract role with the potential to transition to a permanent one, is ideal for an individual passionate about managing comprehensive accounting processes in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Manage general ledger reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Oversee invoicing processes and maintain timely accounts receivable and payable operations.
• Conduct cash flow analyses to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and monitoring financial performance against projections.
• Utilize computerized accounting systems and software to streamline financial operations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting workflows and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and computerized accounting tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Ability to prepare annual budgets and conduct cash flow analyses.
• Solid understanding of general accounting functions and principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
