This role is a hybrid position requiring both property video walkthroughs and light handyman work.

Job Responsibilities:

✅Visit properties for move-out inspections, rental turnovers, or pre-sale walkthroughs ✅Take video walkthroughs using WhatsApp and follow a provided inspection checklist ✅Note issues (repairs needed, damages, missing parts, etc.) and report to office ✅Complete minor repairs such as installing smoke detectors, changing locks, patching holes, or minor trash removal when needed ✅Maintain punctuality and clear communication with dispatch ✅Submit all video and photo documentation same-day

Requirements:

✅Must live in or near Hickory, NC ✅Must own a smartphone with WhatsApp for video uploads and messaging ✅Must have reliable transportation ✅Basic handyman tools (drill, screwdriver, patch kits, etc.) ✅Must be able to follow instructions and document work thoroughly ✅Clean, professional appearance; respectful of tenants and property managers ✅Must be reliable ✅Must download WhatsApp Preferred but

Not Required:
