I. JOB DESCRIPTION

: An Accounts Receivable Specialist, or Accounts Receivable Clerk, is responsible for collecting payments for companies, utilizing skills in project management, organization, and communications. Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed. Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed Collect payments from customers and ensure timely, accurate recording in financial systems Utilize strong communication skills to follow up on outstanding balances and resolve payment issues Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies Apply organizational and project management skills to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines
