AP/AR Specialist Position Available In Durham, North Carolina

Hi All, I’m currently recruiting for an AP/AR Specialist in Durham.

Duties:

Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal entries.

ACH Payments, AIA Billing, Credit Card reconciliations Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain impeccable financial documentation for multiple companies. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations and assist with audits as needed. Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations and resolve discrepancies. Maintain and organize financial documents, records, and reports. Provide financial analysis and support as required.
