Job Description
Accounting Support Coordinator Beverage-Air Corporation Manufacturing Winston-Salem, NC 27105 Accounting Support Coordinator Looking for a detailed oriented and organized accounting support coordinator to join our Finance team reporting to the Controller. This role will provide critical support to our accounts receivable and accounts payable departments ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft excel and other accounting software. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP preferred. Major Accountability Assists with day to day accounting operations, including transaction processing, data entry, document management and reporting. Coordinates the processing of invoices, payments and other financial transactions. Assists with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions ensuring accurate and timely processing. Provides administrative support to the accounting team including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and handling financial data. Specialized Skills Associates degree or high preferred Manufacturing and Food Service Industry highly preferred. Excellent typing speed who can keep up with high volume of work and maintain accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
