The position will requires previous experience working in an environment and accounting for multiple clients . The position will work closely with our clients. We’re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization. Bookkeeper/Accountant/Office administration Job Description Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks is required. Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities for multiple clients, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, preparing financials statements, sales tax returns, etc Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to clients Preparation of tax returns is a plus Skills Expertise with QuickBooks is a must. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
