Accounts Receivable Specialist | $24•27/hr. | Greensboro, NC (On-Site)

Work Schedule:

The Role:

As our Accounts Receivable Specialist , you won’t just sit back and process invoices. You’ll drive collections, communicate with customers, manage credit , and serve as a key player in our financial health. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on independence, accountability, and being the calm in the storm when things get fast and loud.

What You’ll Do:

Own and manage customer accounts and collections Maintain DSO under 25 days and help us improve it quarter over quarter Review and approve credit applications within 3 business days Reconcile and post payments with unapplied funds under 10% Resolve billing issues with internal teams and customers, fast Conduct credit checks and manage customer credit limits Process monthly credit card payments and follow up on past-due invoices Keep AR aging clean, actionable, and up to date Help drive process improvements as we scale

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on AR experience (transportation or automotive industry = a big plus) High comfort level in fast-paced environments•this is not a “wait for direction” role Excellent communication skills, you can be firm and respectful when it counts Problem-solving mindset—you troubleshoot and find a solution Strong Excel and AR software skills (Karmak experience is a plus) Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable—every day counts

Compensation & Perks:
