Requirements:
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks 2-3 years of payroll experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work with a team Strong communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Duties:
Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers. Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software. Speaking — Talking to others to convey information effectively. Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
