Deal Processing:
Processing and posting financial deals related to vehicle sales, leases, and other automotive transactions into the accounting system accurately and efficiently.
Funding Management:
Managing fund disbursements and reconciliations related to vehicle sales and finance contracts, ensuring timely and accurate fundings.
Trade Payoffs:
Handling the settlement and payoff of trade-ins, liaising with lenders or other institutions as necessary to complete the process smoothly.
Title Knowledge:
Demonstrating a strong understanding of automotive title procedures, including title transfers, registrations, and related documentation in compliance with state regulations.
CDK Experience:
Utilizing CDK or similar dealership management software for accounting and administrative tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and generating financial reports.
Accounting Operations:
Assisting in various accounting functions within the centralized office, such as reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and supporting month-end closing procedures.
