Description We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Canton, North Carolina. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity within the industry. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, handling accounting software systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the computerized accounting system and ensuring its effective operation
• Managing the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems effectively for financial management
• Conducting Cash Flow Analysis for accurate financial forecasting
• Overseeing ADP – Financial Services for smooth financial operations
• Using Microsoft Excel for maintaining and analyzing financial data
• Preparing the Annual Budget and ensuring its adherence
• Monitoring and managing accounting functions to ensure financial stability. Requirements
• Possess experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP – Financial Services
• Experience in using a Computerized Accounting System
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to prepare Annual Budget
