At NC Pediatric Dentistry, we believe in providing top-tier dental care while supporting our team with a collaborative and flexible work environment. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant – Accounts Payable to join our remote accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain vendor relationships Track, issue, and reconcile patient refunds Perform monthly vendor reconciliations and AP account reconciliations Monitor AP inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner Manage and reconcile company credit card transactions and monthly spend Prepare and file monthly sales tax reports Assist with 1099 preparation and reporting Process rent payments for multiple entities Maintain vendor contact lists and ensure accurate records

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite required Experience working with multiple entities strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting Why Join Us?
