Local Employers Seeks Accountant/Admin Assist.
Job Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for entering payroll and taxes 6 employees in multiple states
- Qtrly payroll reports, 1099’s and W2s
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable and billing of tenants
- Monthly, quarterly and budget journal entries
- Reconcile 2 bank accounts per month
- Work with insurance companies to renew policies
- Reconcile accounts for accountants at year end to do tax returns
- Type leases, keep track of expirations
- Excel, Word and Quick books experience needed
- Picking up mail at post office
