Local Employers Seeks Accountant/Admin Assist.

Job Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for entering payroll and taxes 6 employees in multiple states
  • Qtrly payroll reports, 1099’s and W2s
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable and billing of tenants
  • Monthly, quarterly and budget journal entries
  • Reconcile 2 bank accounts per month
  • Work with insurance companies to renew policies
  • Reconcile accounts for accountants at year end to do tax returns
  • Type leases, keep track of expirations
  • Excel, Word and Quick books experience needed
  • Picking up mail at post office
