$60,000 – $65,000 annually
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support our client’s accounting operations. This individual will be responsible for processing high volumes of invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and assisting with the month-end close. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process a high volume of invoices and expense reports across multiple business locations. Maintain accurate vendor files and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Communicate regularly with operations staff to ensure accurate and timely payments. Assist with month-end close activities and support internal audits as needed. Uphold compliance with internal financial policies and procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the AP function.
