Accounts Payable Specialist Charlotte, North Carolina This Is What You’ll Do:
Ensure all billings are done accurately and on a timely basis. Assist vendors by receiving calls and handling vendor relations. Reconcile vendor statements. Obtain approvals. Perform accounts payable information preparation and data entry. Process expense reports, perform three-way match of PO’s, receiving’s and invoices. Code invoices and self-assess tax as appropriate. Assist in month-end closing processes including preparation and data entry of journal vouchers and account reconciliations. Complete special projects upon request

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Two to three years A/P experience. Ability to handle high volume and multiple tasks with attention to detail. Knowledge of accounting and basic office equipment applications. Good oral and written communication skills. Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience. Excellent customer service skills.
