Job Description :

TransTech, a leading CDL training provider, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage billing and student account collections. This role supports our finance team by ensuring timely invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding balances.

Responsibilities :

• Send invoices and process student/customer payments
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate AR records and reports
• Coordinate with other departments on billing questions

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of AR or billing experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel; QuickBooks or similar software a plus
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
