Full Job Description About Us:

We’re a family owned wholesale textile distributor located in Charlotte, NC, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We’re looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our close-knit team and help manage our AR operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Position Summary:

This is a full-time, on-site role and one of two AR Specialists on our team. The ideal candidate will manage key responsibilities across sales order processing, inventory tracking, invoicing, and cash application . This position will also play a critical role in our company’s current transition to NetSuite ERP. Prior NetSuite experience is required.

What You’ll Do:

Enter itemized sales contracts using item codes Create packing lists and select bale numbers for shipping Mark fulfillments as shipped and invoice customers Receive inventory and manage in-slip and out-slip processes Apply cash payments (checks, ACH, wire) to open invoices in NetSuite Reconcile AR records and resolve short payments Run and analyze AR aging reports; follow up on overdue accounts Process credit and debit memos as needed Ensure data accuracy throughout the order-to-cash cycle

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Billing NetSuite ERP experience is required Strong understanding of cash application and reconciliation Comfortable working in an inventory-driven or order-based business Proficient with Excel (basic formulas, sorting) Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities Team player with excellent communication skills Nice to

Have:

Experience in wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution given priority Familiarity with textiles or bale-based inventory
