Accounts Receivable Specialist TalentBridge Charlotte, North Carolina, US 6 days ago Quick Job type Full-time Quick Job description We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Generalist to support daily reconciliation activities and customer payment tracking. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence two days per week. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, experience working within SAP (ECC and / or S), and familiarity with tools like HighRadius and Data Workbench.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform daily reconciliation of AR customer accounts using SAP ECC and / or S ERP systems Review incoming AR payments for accuracy and proper application Track, record, and maintain accurate customer payment data Utilize HighRadius, SAP, and Data Workbench to manage AR functions Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts Support month-end close processes related to
AR Required Qualifications :
years of hands-on AR experience in a corporate or shared services environment Proficiency in SAP ECC and / or S required Experience with HighRadius and / or Data Workbench strongly preferred Strong Excel and data analysis skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a hybrid team setting
