Your Role As Accounts Receivable Specialist:

You’ll process and generate invoices and reconcile accounts. Fortunately, you’ve got a business degree, or you’ve got 2+ years of experience in AR! You’ll respond to questions and make calls about invoicing issues . This means you’re a liaison between departments and customers. You’ll communicate with team members and other departments. You’re not the kind of person who is overly direct, but you’re good at getting clarification from people when you need more information about an order. You’ll verify the validity of account discrepancies. This means you’ll seek out answers and investigate information from sales and customer service departments, as well as customers to get to the bottom of things. You’ll resolve collections by examining customer payment plans and payment history. Someone with your eye for detail is perfect for this!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
