Full Job Description Job Summary:

Residential Adolescent Community Services is looking for an Associate to be a part of our team! The perfect fit would be someone who has prior experience in working with adolescents, leading a team, and providing help and supervision to clients with mental health diagnoses. This position calls for a keen analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Taking the helm of the day-to-day operations of the facility Providing guidance and oversight to team members Playing an active role in service planning meetings Supervising adolescents in and out of the facility
