Summary We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Speciality Clinic. This role will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our mission to provide exceptional patient care. The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring financial integrity within our organization. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively. Utilize QuickBooks and other financial software for bookkeeping tasks. Prepare journal entries and assist in the month-end closing process. Conduct general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts. Analyze accounts and prepare reports for management review. Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts as needed. Process payroll Requirements Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within a healthcare setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software applications. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
