Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Track expenses, process invoices and payroll, and manage bill payments. Ensure compliance with nonprofit reporting requirements. Provide admin support to the Executive Director and Director of Philanthropy. Coordinate with external accountants for monthly financial reporting. Maintain donor records and assist with donor communication. Enter and manage data for programs and fundraising. Generate financial and donor-related reports. Process donation acknowledgment letters. Help with event planning and volunteer coordination. Track in-kind donations and volunteer hours. Manage office supplies, vendors, and administrative tasks. Answer phones and monitor the organization’s email account.
Requirements:
Experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administration (nonprofit experience a plus). Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software), Google Workspace, and donor databases (Salesforce experience a plus). Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work with diverse groups and community partners. A positive attitude, team spirit, and flexibility to adapt as needed. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
