We are a leading custom home builder seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Process purchase orders and manage the PO system effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate job costing and financial reporting.
- Utilize Buildertrend for project management and financial tracking (preferred).
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must.
- Familiarity with purchase order systems and processes.
- Experience with Buildertrend is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
