Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day accounting tasks: A/P, A/R, payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare monthly financial statements and reports Maintain general ledger and journal entries Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting Collaborate with CPA on audits and tax filings Ensure accuracy, compliance, and organization of financial records
Requirements:
3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience in a small business or creative/print setting is a plus
