This full-time position, based in Charlotte, NC, plays a key role in managing and enhancing our enterprise payment systems. The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate, timely, and efficient payment processes while supporting system integrations and resolving issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and maintain the Kyriba Payments system Set up and manage bank connectivity Support the implementation of new divisions Monitor and resolve issues related to payment delays, exceptions, or failures Perform daily reconciliation of division-level transactions Drive continuous improvements in payment processes, system usage, and automation Support Treasury KPI reporting and communicate relevant metrics to leadership Assist with additional Treasury and Accounts Payable tasks as required Requirements / Like to have

Skills :

Bachelors Degree Required Experience in a Finance / Treasury related role or internship Ability to work cross-functionally across teams Strong communication skills Experience with various ERP and payment systems Proficient in
