The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting systems. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of general ledger accounting principles. Duties Responsible for processing and receiving of purchase orders and reconciliation with packing slips and bills. Inputting billing information into QuickBooks for processing. Creating bills for subcontractors Compile weekly payables report for review with accounting. File purchase orders, packing slips, and bills in appropriate filing system. Additional tasks and responsibilities based on past work experience, availability and willingness to learn. Experience Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role in an accounting environment. QuickBooks experience Proficent in Excel and Microsoft Suite Applications Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams efficiently.
