Essential Job Responsibilities :

Accounting knowledge required Reconcile and post daily deposits for Sales, Service and Parts Post daily deposits for Account Receivables Process credit applications for new Accounts Assist Parts managers with collections of Account Receivables Close out Account Receivables monthly and print statements Proficient on CDK Software and Excel Ability to work in a fast paced, ever growing environment Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Answer phone calls professionally and politely Return voice and/or email messages promptly Other duties as assigned and requested by management .

Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills; Well organized and strong time management Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment; Flexible work schedule; All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports. .
