Full-Time | In-Office We’re Hiring! Our growing company is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Lead to join our team in Wake Forest, NC . This is a full-time, in-office role where you’ll play a key part in managing invoicing, collections, and system reconciliations. What You’ll Do:

Handle all aspects of accounts receivable : invoicing, collections, and payment coding Accurately enter and update data in various software systems Collaborate with office staff to achieve team goals Maintain deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks Conduct system reconciliations and support general office operations Perform other related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Availability:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (proficiency test required) Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods Positive and professional attitude in an open office environment Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Able to lift up to 15 lbs Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Experience in production construction is a plus Must pass a
