Accounts Receivable Clerk Active Healthcare 9104 Falls Of Neuse Road, Raleigh, NC 27615 WORK HAPPY! Founded in 1990, Active Healthcare is a premier, North Raleigh based provider of medical equipment, dedicated to the care and quality of life of our patients and customers. Job functions include but are not limited to: Post payments to customer accounts Document all work activities in customer accounts relating to claims, payments and collection activity. Maintain A/R levels Answer patient billing questions via phone and email. Respond to patient inquiries received via our online automated texting application.
Skills and Qualifications:
High level Microsoft Excel skills Attention to detail for working reports relating to A/R. Strong computer skills, ability to quickly learn new software applications. Analytical and inquisitive Detail oriented Demonstrated customer service skills. Organizational and multi-tasking skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to balance daily tasks and long-term priorities.
Requirements:
2 to 3 years combined previous accounts receivable experience. Experience in the medical / healthcare field a plus.
