The Accounts Receivable & Payable Clerk will assist in the office by taking customer orders over the phone and in person, receive inventory, maintain office supplies, take customer payments, post payments to customer accounts, process invoices for month end reconciliation and other duties as assigned as directed by the office manager. Schedule is Monday

• Friday 6am-3pm and every 2nd and 4th Saturday from 7am-10am.

No Sundays!

Requirements include:

HS Diploma or GED, general office experience with standard equipment and calculator skills “by touch.” A valid NC driver license is required, with no more than 2 moving violations in the last three years, no at-fault accidents, and no DUIs.
