About the position The person in this role is a reliable and detail-oriented accounting professional who will provide daily support to our Accounting Manager by ensuring timely and accurate documentation of accounts payable and credit card reconciliation. The AP Clerk plays a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by supporting essential accounting functions and contributing to a smooth month-end close process. This individual must be organized, responsive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is preferred, along with familiarity in using Unanet AE as an accounting system and maintaining accurate financial records. Requirements 2+ years of professional experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting support High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred Experience with bank reconciliations, credit card entry, and vendor payment processes
