Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Payable Processor to oversee invoice management, vendor payments, and financial record-keeping. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management:
Receive, review, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and timely payment.
Record Maintenance:
Maintain up-to-date and accurate accounts payable records.
Vendor Communication:
Address vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and foster positive relationships.
Reconciliation:
Verify and reconcile accounts payable transactions, including matching invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
Compliance & Accuracy:
Ensure adherence to company financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting:
Prepare and generate accounts payable reports for management review.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
Support audits and other finance-related projects.
Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
