SKILL REQUIREMENTS
proficient on Quickbooks Desktop
DUTIES A/R
Invoicing through Quickbooks Desktop Assist with collections calls on overdue accounts. A/P Posting receipts to general ledger Duties will be added as training progresses and as team roles are defined. May eventually take over payroll for 22 employees. Tax reporting (monthly, quarterly) Work in team with manager and a p/t employee.
