The Opportunity:

Join our team as a Bookkeeper and play a key role in managing the full cycle of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, supporting accurate financial operations and month-end closings. This opportunity offers hands-on involvement across core accounting processes, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in special finance initiatives like audits and commission tracking.

Location:

Brkthru operates as a fully remote company with occasional mandatory travel for training and offsites, provided with advance notice. We uphold the expectation that all team members maintain a dedicated and reliable workspace, free from distractions, to ensure optimal productivity. Dallas, TX Responsibilities:

Perform all Accounts Receivable functions; drafting invoices and credit memos from within the CRM, process receipts, perform regular collection procedures and reconcile client accounts as necessary. Perform All Accounts Payable functions; receive, validate and process invoices, ensure accurate posting of amounts due and timely payments, reconcile vendor accounts as necessary, maintain and reconcile corporate credit accounts. Participate in Month End closing procedures Calculate and track referral partner commissions Process employee expense reimbursement requests leveraging company policies Keep electronic finance files logically ordered and complete. Participate in accounting and finance projects and initiatives, such as annual audits, as they arise. Requirements
Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills. Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities. Ability to manage several projects at once. Natural leadership, motivational and organizational skills. Excellent skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook Minimum 2 years of Bookkeeping experience preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of QuickBooks experience desired. Experience with Zoho CRM a plus Benefits
