Job Overview:
Chubbs Logistics, a growing logistics and hazmat transport company based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage invoicing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR). This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a dedicated and efficient team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and ensure timely billing and collections Manage accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank transactions and maintain accurate records Prepare financial reports as needed Support monthly and year-end close procedures Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding financial matters
Qualifications:
Proven bookkeeping experience (2+ years preferred) Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with logistics or transportation industry is a plus
