Responsibilities include:

Research, track and restore documentation problem and discrepancies Create and update spreadsheet to track movement of vendor invoices Reconcile customer billings to vendor invoices to determine inclusion of vendor invoices Maintain digital and physical financial records Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas

Requirement and Skills:

Accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Payable Clerk Familiarity with basic accounting procedures Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports Accuracy and attention to detail Aptitude for numbers Ability to perform record keeping tasks Must be detail oriented High school diploma Associate’s degree or relevant certification is preferred Working Conditions and Physical Function Work is performed in corporate main office. Must be able to hear and see well (either naturally or with correction). Requires repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers.
