Accounting Assistant
What you can expect:
Starting at $23.50/hour depending on experience
Year-Round Position
Annual Increase potential

What Will you do:
Setting up Materials and updating prices in our accounting system
Administer the vehicle reimbursement system (Motus)
Administer fuel card program (WEX)
Processing and Tracking fuel logs
Processing fuel receipts and submitting for payment.
Processing location fuel usage weekly
Import data
Manage state EZ Pass payments and violations
File Sales & use tax returns monthly
Perform Monthly reconciliations
Prepare month-end journal entries and statistical postings
