Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Payable (A/P) Coordinator to join our dedicated finance team. The ideal candidate will manage the full cycle of accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approval of expenses. Assist in month-end closing activities and provide support for audits. Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
