Summary We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team at The Mountain Club on Loon Resort & Spa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your contributions will play a vital role in supporting our operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing and payment collection. Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Utilize QuickBooks for tracking financial transactions and maintaining records. Conduct credit analysis to assess customer creditworthiness. Ensure compliance with SOX regulations in all financial reporting activities. Process data entry tasks related to accounts receivable efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with other departments to address billing inquiries and resolve issues. Requirements Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role. Strong understanding of revenue cycle management principles. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. Excellent mathematical skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyze financial data effectively. Familiarity with public accounting practices is a plus. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
