The Position This position has primary responsibility tosupport the finance team in the areas of accounting, cost,financial controls, travel and expense, supporting and resolvingaccounts payable/invoice discrepencies, and purchase to payprocess. The person in this role will assist in coordination andexecution of Finance related projects supporting all departmentsacross the site. Microsoft Excel functions this role will beexpected to perform include, but are not limited to: VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and conditional formatting.

Finance Manager Essential Functions Prepare and deliver timely,well-organized and informative financial data Support assignedmonth end / year end processes as needed Participate in and supportproject work related to Finance and Procurement Collaborate withthe team to develop, and standardize processes Support budgetingprocess, financial audits, monthly reporting, and other projectsSupport Purchase to Pay process and vendor resolution, includinginvoice verification Perform Travel and Expense management supportPerform other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested Otherduties as assigned Performs all job duties and responsibilities ina compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with allapplicable healthcare laws, regulations and industry codesIncorporates the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in allactivities and interactions with others Qualifications Educationand Certifications Associate’s Degree inFinance/Accounting/Economics or related field required Bachelor’sDegree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field preferredWork Experience Associate’s Degree with three (3) year ofexperience in Finance, Accounting, Economic or related fieldrequired Bachelor’s Degree with one (1) year of experience inFinance, Accounting, Economics or related field referred Experiencewith Procure to Pay (P2P) preferred One (1) year of experience in aprofessional environment preferred Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBusiness experience with Microsoft office programs i.e., excelAbility to analyze & think strategically Ability to create charts,graphs & presentations using MS Office tools Excellent written ∨al communication skills Highly motivated & energetic PhysicalRequirements 0-10% overnight travel is required. Able to workweekends and/or holidays, when needed or necessary. Whileperforming this job employee work involves sitting most of the timewith walking and standing required only occasionally. This positionmay lift up to 10 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry,push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetition includingsubstantial movement of wrists, hands, and or fingers. The abilityto speak, listen, and understand verbal and written communication.
