ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
- IMMEDIATE NEED
- AR, AP, ETC…NASHUA! (Nashua) compensation: $32
- 38/hr based on experience employment type: job title: Accounting Assistant Immediate need for an Accounting Assistant with a Manufacturing company in Nashua. This is a Temp to Hire role, looking to move fast. Experience in the following areas are helpful: AR processing
- both invoices and collections Labor entry into cost system Weekly spreadsheet processing Weekly system reports Cash receipts Balance sheet reconciliation Month end processes
- including JE creation, spreadsheets for financial package This position also serves as a back up for AP and Purchase order entry This is a Monday
- Friday position. Monday
- Thursday 9-3 and Fridays 9-4:30.
