AP Specialist (Direct Hire)
Location:
Manchester, NH (On-Site)
Pay:
$60,000-$62,000
Hours:
M-F 8am-5pm
Premise:
Provide support to the department manager for key aspects of the AP process.
Key Job Details:
Perform invoice functions daily including: Entering, coding and matching with correct work order Work directly with clients and vendors regarding payment/invoice concerns Perform daily/weekly check runs Assist with expense reimbursements Assist with GL reconciliation and month/year-end close, as needed Provide additional support, as needed, to the manager/supervisor
Requirements:
