Job Description
WIN Waste Innovations is looking for an Accounts Payable Lead at our corporate office in Portsmouth, NH. What You’ll Do… + Corresponds or communicates with vendors when necessary to correct or modify invoices received. Resolves escalated issues with vendors. + Coaches, and advises the Accounts Payable Staff on procedures, controls, and issue resolution as directed by Accounts Payable Manager. + Oversees the daily verification, posting, and timely payment of invoices. + Assists with Pcard, T&E Card, Fuel Card, ESG reporting and all systems used to administer these programs. + Prepares “Projection Report” for Treasury to assist with cash flow management. + Builds check, ach and payments via credit card for vendor invoices. + Produce all reports to ensure an accurate accounting for month-end close. + Balances reports with the corresponding general ledger accounts. + Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
