Job Description
Vaco Boston is currently working with a technology services company to hire an Accounts Receivable specialist. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have AR experience, this could be for you!
Responsibilities:
Invoice orders through comprehensive platform Review service orders to ensure accuracy of invoices Create and send invoices to clients Utilize payment portals to process electronic payments Ensure correct billing and taxing for each order
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in AR Excellent problem solving and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Microsoft Office experience Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
