Accounting Coordinator Radianse Durham, NH 03824
- Reconcile bank statements
- Process payroll and tip calculations
- Prepare journal entries
- Prepares weekly bills for processing and payment
- Codes bills to correct G/L and split for locations
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements
- Obtain PO approvals and match PO receipts to PO and vendor bills
- Create monthly customer statements
- Sales tax filing
- Customer collections
- Reconcile Fixed Assets for outside accounting firm
- General ledger reconciliation
- Monthly Inventory review Other excel related projects
Job Type:

$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
