Accounting Specialist (Temp-Hire)

Pay:

$30/hour

Scheduled:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Premise:

As an Accounting Specialist, you will provide support to the Accounting Manager relative to AP, AR and GL transactions.

Job Duties:

• Full-cycle AP including matching, batching and check runs
• Provide AR support, as needed
• Daily AP and AR account reconciliation to the GL
• Reconciliation of bank statements
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, as needed

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of accounting experience required
• Prior experience in professional services preferred, not required
• Prior GL experience
