YOUR TASKS
Processing cash items from banking activity, cash categorization in treasury module. General Ledger coding and processing AP vouchers into SAP system through Henrichsen. Process weekly payments for 3rd party vendors and employees. Process packing lists from shipping department, and direct shipments, for invoicing. Process company credit card transactions monthly. Auditing Concur expense reports. Other ad hoc responsibilities, and projects that may arise.
YOUR PROFILE
Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Computer knowledge with proficiency in Excel, experience in SAP would be helpful. Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within deadlines. Organized, dependable, and proficient in written and verbal communication skills.
